Returns and Exchanges
If the product has obvious manufacturing defects, if there was an error and the product does not match your order, you can choose to return it to us. In this case, the return shipping costs are covered by us, and if all the conditions below are met, we can reimburse you for the expenses incurred. Due to the nature of the product and the retail price, it is not possible to return products in the Exclusive Online category. For clarifications, you can contact office@michelelopriore.it
If you decide to return the product because the size is not right but the size number matches the order, or because you are not satisfied with your expectations, or for other reasons that cannot be objectively demonstrated and quantified, you can choose to return the product to us. If all the conditions below are met, we can reimburse you for the amount paid, but the return shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility.
The conditions (pursuant to D.L. 206/2005) for returning the purchased product are: – within 14 days from the order date – product intact and unused – products returned in their original packaging.
If these conditions are met, we can reimburse you for the expenses incurred. To start the return procedure, you must create a return request by sending an email to office@michelelopriore.it, indicating the reasons for the return and the order reference. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide the necessary instructions for the procedure.
Shipping costs: we will reimburse you for the cost of the returned products if the above conditions are met.
Return shipping costs: are covered by us in case of obvious manufacturing defects or errors in the delivery of the size, color, or model attributable to Michele Lopriore. They are the consumer’s responsibility for any other reason not attributable to a demonstrable and obvious error by the company.
In case of failure to collect the package by the customer, due to the recipient’s absence, no response to the courier, or failure to collect within the storage period, the shipment will be held in storage and subsequently returned to the sender.
Failure to collect the package does not constitute exercising the right of withdrawal.
Once the goods have been returned, the customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of shipping, storage, and return costs, which will remain entirely their responsibility.
Any product refund, if made, will be exclusively for the value of the goods, net of all costs incurred for shipping, storage, and return.
IMPORTANT:
Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted. A maximum of 1 return request per order is allowed (with which it is possible to request the operation for more than one product).
