Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally prepared and handed over to the courier within 24 to 72 business hours from payment confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track the delivery. Tracking may take a few hours to become active.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the courier, and peak periods. For European destinations, delivery can take up to 7 business days from the shipment handover.

It is important to provide a complete and correct address, along with a valid phone number. In case of absence, the courier may attempt delivery again or provide instructions for pickup.
