Returns and exchanges

If the product has obvious manufacturing defects, if there has been an error and the product does not correspond to that of your order, you can decide to return it to us. In this case, the return costs are borne by us and if all the conditions below exist we can reimburse you for the costs incurred. Given the nature of the product and the retail price, it is not possible to return products in the Exclusive Online category. If you decide to return the product because the size is not right but the size number corresponds to the order or because you are not satisfied with your expectations or for other reasons that are not objectively demonstrable and quantifiable, you can decide to return the product to us and if there are all the conditions set out below we can refund the amount incurred, but the return costs are borne by the consumer.

The conditions (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005) for the return of the purchased product are: – within 14 days from the order date – intact and unused product – the products returned in their original packaging.

If these conditions exist we can reimburse you for the expense incurred. To start the return procedure, you will need to create a return request by sending an email to office@michelelopriore.it, indicating the reasons for the return and the order reference. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the necessary information for the procedure.

Shipping costs: we will refund the cost of returned products if the above conditions apply.

Transport costs for the return of the products: are at our expense in the event of obvious manufacturing defects or errors in the delivery of the number, color or model attributable to the Michele Lopriore company. They are borne by the consumer for any other reason not attributable to a demonstrable and evident error on the part of the company.


Returns of items that do not comply with the above indications will not be accepted. There is a maximum of 1 return request per order (with which it is possible to request the operation for more than one product).
