GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) Object

Product sales contracts stipulated remotely via electronic network on the website "www.michelelopriore.it" are governed exclusively by these general contract conditions.

2) Leave

These general contract conditions exclusively govern sales contracts stipulated by consumers, meaning as such natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out and Michele Lopriore. with registered office in Viale Coni Zugna 58 20144 Milan (MI), and operational headquarters in Via Leonardo Da Vinci 249, Trezzano sul Naviglio 20090 Milan (Milan), VAT number 07877240155. 4) Consumer obligations

5) Purchase method

7) Payment

The consumer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed.

a) Payment by credit card/Paypal

Payment for purchases by credit card is made through:

- Paypal circuit and can be made exclusively with the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, and only by the owner/holder of the credit card. Poste Pay cards are enabled for payment, as they belong to the Visa circuit.

- UNICREDIT Online Pos and can be done with all credit cards.

Verification of the correctness of the payment data communicated by the consumer is the exclusive responsibility of the credit card issuing institutions.

PAYPAL and UNICREDIT guarantee the security of transactions and data transmitted, through the use of protected and guaranteed systems such as the Secure Socket Layer and a communication system between bank and shop via Secure Channel.

b) Payment by bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer can be made using the following details: - Banca POPOLARE DI MILANO - IBAN: IT13Z05034016950000000048573 in the name of MICHELE LOPRIORE In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased good will be sent to the address indicated by the consumer upon receipt of the bank accountant, therefore on average five days after making the transfer. 8) Delivery of products

The purchased good, together with the relevant receipt/invoice, is delivered at the consumer's choice in one of the following ways. a) Home delivery Deliveries will be made throughout the national and European territory. In the event that the consumer chooses this delivery method, the goods are delivered by courier to the address indicated by the consumer. Any specific needs must be communicated to Michele Lopriore by the consumer. Delivery of the goods is guaranteed within a minimum of 24/72 hours on the national territory and a maximum of 7 working days for European destinations, unless the consumer has chosen the payment method via bank transfer pursuant to art. 6, letter b) of this contract. In the event that the consumer chooses the delivery method via courier, payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or credit card according to the indications contained in the art. 6, letter b) of this contract and Michele Lopriore is required to send the goods when it receives confirmation of the transaction. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice at the address indicated in the order and will try again a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be sent back to the sender (Michele Lopriore).

9) Guarantee of conformity and defective products

10) Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. 11) Express termination clause

12) Applicable law and competent court

This contract is regulated by the Italian law. 13) Postponement

For anything not expressly provided for in this contract, the provisions of current Italian law apply.
